All participants should ensure that they are in reasonably good health. If in doubt they should seek the medical advice of a GP prior to flying. People with any health conditions or impairments should contact us before purchasing.
All flight times quoted are approximate and as defined by the Air Navigation Order, Flight times may vary either way on the day subject to Air Traffic and Operational requirements.
All flights are carried out subject to suitable weather conditions, aircraft serviceability and operational requirements being met, as such all flights are subject to cancellation at short notice.
In the event of your flight being cancelled for any reason whatsoever, including helicopter un-serviceability and/or inclement weather the operator (H Heli’s) will not be responsible for the costs of travel, accommodation or any other associated costs incurred.
In the event that any flight is cancelled by the operator, the flight voucher shall remain valid until the original expiry date shown and the flight will be re-booked for a mutually convenient date.
Any participant/person failing to take their confirmed flight shall render the flight voucher invalid, unless 7 days prior notice of cancellation has been given.
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue, which may be extended on payment of an administration fee.
You must bring your Flight Voucher and Booking Confirmation with you when you come to take your flight.
We are unable to refund the cost of any of our flight vouchers under any circumstances. However, all vouchers are transferrable to another person(s) provided we are notified at least 48 hours prior to the date of the flight and will incur an administration fee.

Passengers carried on Air Experience/Trial Lesson Flights (not applicable to Sightseeing and/or Pleasure Flights) are classed as ‘Observers’ and should be family or friends of the voucher recipient/student who are sharing the experience with a view to learning to fly. These observers will only be permitted to fly at the discretion of the flight
instructor/pilot on the day of the flight.
If you are booking a Trial Lesson Experience Flight the weight restriction is 17 Stone/108 kg. Any person above this weight limit will need to contact us to confirm as to whether we can accommodate them on the specific helicopters being used.
The Pilot/Instructor as Captain of the aircraft has at his or her discretion the right to refuse to carry any person onboard the aircraft whom they consider to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or who is acting inappropriately in any manner or way. THE CAPTAIN’S WORD IS FINAL in this instance, and no refund will be payable in view of loss of experience.

The Ground Crew, can at their discretion refuse any person to board the aircraft if he or she suspects them to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and no refund will be payable in view of loss of experience.
The Ground Crew can at their discretion refuse any person to board the aircraft if he or she witnesses the behaviour to be unacceptable in the view of health and safety requirements and no refund will be payable in view of loss of experience.
There is an individual passenger weight restriction of 17 Stone/108 kg on all of our Helicopter Experience Flights and Sightseeing Tours. Any person weighing 17 stone (108 kg) and over will need to contact us to confirm as to whether we can accommodate them on the specific helicopters being used. If we are unable to accommodate, and subject to their actual
weight, we may be able to offer them the option to pay for an additional (empty) seat. We will not be able to confirm your booking until we have all of the individual weights of all the passengers in your party.
Children must be three years of age or above to be carried on any of our Sightseeing or Pleasure Flights. All Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Children must be 14 years or over to undertake a Flight Experience/Trial Lesson flight (Not applicable to Sightseeing and Pleasure Flights).
Please wear flat comfortable closed shoes (no sandals) with comfortable casual clothes. We cannot allow loose articles in the aircraft as they pose a risk to flight safety, therefore before embarking our staff may ask you to remove coins, keys and any jewellery likely to pose a risk.
Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken to ensure the safety of all passengers and guests it shall be noted that neither the aircraft owner nor the aircraft operator (H Heli's) can be held liable for any loss, damage or injury to any persons or their property/belongings, which does not result from their direct negligence.
Flight routes may be changed/varied on the day at the pilot or operator’s discretion due to any air traffic restrictions imposed or for operational or safety circumstances beyond our control.
We insist that all participants have the maximum fun and enjoyment from their experience with H Heli’s. Whilst such an ambition is mainly within the control and responsibility of H Heli’s staff, you should make sure you speak up if you find anything less than satisfactory and we will strive to put it right. If there’s anything in particular you want to do, try, achieve
or experience as part of the event, again will endeavour to make it happen.
