A helicopter trial lesson is the perfect, unforgettable gift for a friend, relative - or YOU!
All the flying time counts towards a licence, should the lucky recipient decide to continue training to obtain their Private Pilot Licence - PPL (H).
In every trial lesson, the student has the opportunity to take the controls of the helicopter - under the guidance of our fully qualified flight instructors.
All training helicopters have dual controls so the instructor can safely demonstrate and monitor the handling of the aircraft - no worries!
After arrival at H Heli's the trial lessons start with a ground briefing session, an introduction to the effects of the controls and then it's time for take off!
The instructor will demonstrate forward flight, the art of hovering and the unique manoeuvrability of a helicopter before the student has the chance of some 'hands-on' flying.
Once the flight has finished the student receives a unique commemorative certificate to take home with them, along with memories of an amazing experience!
