H Heli's requires all pilots, students and staff to undertake an individual assessment utilising the Humanix system. This assessment has been introduced to enable us to provide a high quality of service from our staff, to provide a more efficient and safe training programme; saving money, and enabling instructors to understand their students better so that they can provide a more compressive training package by knowing how students learn best in the unique aviation environment.
